As a Royal Americano player, you have the right to request a deletion for all information we have about your game account. Please be aware that removing your game account information will also remove all of the information we have collected about it, including any achievements from events or in-game purchases.
Please send the contact form with your Game User ID which you can find in the game’s profile page (not required) and write “Delete My Account” to the subject, so we will delete your account and the data accociated with your account. This process could take up to 7 days after you submit the form, and if your game account data is deleted, it cannot be retrieved. If you want to play again, though, you can have a fresh start.
